Frustrated
President Trump is frustrated over a federal judge's order to stop construction on the White House ballroom. Trump started demolition without approval and produced faulty plans without review. The judge reinforced the limits on presidential power as he should have done. Trump is appealing, of course, and frothing over the decision.
