Starting A Conspiracy Theory
An Israeli media watchdog has raised questions about what press photographers knew on the day of the Hamas invasion. The organization wonders how the photographers so quickly filed images of the attack, some within 45 minutes of the incursion. It says it is simply raising questions and not making any statement. But, the act of asking is enough to start a conspiracy theory in the present time. It was not a proper move to make. It could have matched photos to a timeline of the invasion and published that along with the photographers' explanations of how they arrived in the war zone so quickly. That would have been enough, but it didn't and now it has put the photo journalists in danger. An example of bad communications.
