How do you get to the presidency of the COP28 climate summit with views like this? It's clear that Middle Eastern countries are not happy about phasing out oil and gas, but opinions that fly in the face of climate science are extreme. Yet, here we are with a summit helmed by a leader who refuses to believe the evidence. It's a major PR problem for the UAE.
