Tit For Tat 

The European Union responded to Trump's imposing tariffs on steel and aluminum by imposing its own tariffs on US steel and aluminum.  Tit for Tat and nobody wins. The consumer ultimately loses by paying more for products.  What kind of message is that to Americans?
