It Seemed Like A Good Idea
What could go wrong? Painting the reflecting pool blue in front of the Lincoln Memorial seemed like a good idea to President Trump. Nature frustrated the effort, and now the National Park Service is trying to fix the problem before July 4. Another PR disaster.
